1 Before departure

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer three types of vehicles suitable for all profiles:

A compact van for discreet and mobile travelers
A family camper van for 5 people

What driving license is required to rent a motorhome?

All our vehicles can be driven with a valid standard B license.

Is there an age limit to rent a vehicle?

You must be at least 26 years old and have held a license for at least 5 years.

Can I travel abroad with the vehicle?

Yes, travel within Europe is permitted. Please mention this when booking to adjust insurance and assistance.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome in certain vehicles and under certain conditions. Please let us know in advance.

2 Reservation and payment

How to book a motorhome?

Directly via our websitewww.yeswecamp.be via the contact form, by email, or by phone. We will send you a quote and a digital contract.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer and soon by secure online payment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due no later than 3 days before departure.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a €1,500 deposit is required. This deposit must be paid into your account or given in cash on the day of departure. It will be returned after the vehicle has been returned and inspected.

3 The day of departure

What should I bring/do on the day of departure?

Your driving license

Do you do a pre-departure briefing?

Yes, a complete introduction to the vehicle is provided: driving (if you wish), equipment, autonomy, safety, good reflexes.

Can I leave my personal vehicle on site?

Yes, we provide free parking for the duration of your rental, but you must request it before departure to ensure availability.

4 During the trip

Is the vehicle energy autonomous?

Yes, our vehicles have auxiliary batteries, solar panels (except the van) and can be connected to 220V. They are all self-sufficient in 12V electricity. An additional nomad battery is available as an option..

Is there gas, water and electricity?

Yes, all our motorhomes are fully equipped: water, gas (propane or LPG) for cooking/heating/hot water and refrigerator, and electricity. We will explain everything to you upon departure.

Is there a recommended GPS or app?

The campervans can be equipped with GPS with recorded dimensions. We recommend the Park4Night app to find the best places to stay, and Polarsteps to track your trip.

What if I have a problem during the rental?

Don't panic! You benefit from 24/7 assistance in case of breakdowns or technical issues, as well as our telephone/Whatsapp support.

5 Return of the vehicle

How do I return the campervan?

Full fuel (diesel and AdBlue) and LPG done (if equipped)
Wastewater drained
Vehicle interior and exterior cleaned and cleaned
Toilet emptied and cleaned
Complete inventory

What if the vehicle is damaged?

An inventory is carried out on arrival and return. Any damage will be assessed and deducted from the deposit if necessary. It is imperative to notify the rental company immediately in the event of an accident or other damage.
